A leading media agency are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their lovely team based in the Surrey area. They have a fantastic creative culture and are based in cool, open plan offices. This is a hands on role with great visibility within the business, and will give you the opportunity to be the face and first point of contact for HR for the client group.
This is a truly generalist HR Assistant role, where your key responsibilities will include the full employee lifecycle including recruitment attraction admin, on-boarding and induction and probation through to leavers. You will be able to get involved with new training initiatives across the company and coordinate the training requirements for staff, and will compile metrics data/prepare reports for salary review, holiday and absence. You will keep up to date with employment law to assist with Company policies and will maintain the data on the HR database around benefits administration.
Candidates will have a minimum of 12-18months HR experience, ideally gained within a creative environment. You should be passionate about developing your career in HR, be highly organised, have a proactive approach to work and of course have an excellent eye for detail.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on candidate who has experience of working at HR Administrator/Assistant level, and who can demonstrate real creativity and a passion for the creative sector, and will have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority.
