My client, a successful business (100 employees) is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR Team. The Head of HR who this role reports into is currently on maternity leave and will return in April 2017. Therefore applicants must be confident HR Administrators who can provide support during that period. This role will initially be for a 4 month period and potentially could become permanent.

This is a full generalist HR support role, including recruitment administration, producing adverts, compiling applicants, screening CVs, telephone interviewing, arranging interviews. issuing employment contracts, induction activities, managing the HRIS and generating reports, (Cezanne HR), appraisal administration, dealing with line manager queries, leaver administration, carrying out exit interviews, employee benefits administration.
Ideal candidates will have previous HR support experience, ideally around 2 years and be confident with all areas of HR generalist support. Experience of using Cezanne HR would be beneficial, as would HR support experience within a tech type company. If you have some basic UK employment law knowledge and are already giving advice to line managers around ER subjects, please say this in your covering letter
There is parking onsite (if you drive) and the office is a short walk from Enfield Lock Train Station, which goes from London Liverpool Street (26 mins approx).
Candidates must be able to start this role first week in February 2017.
