A boutique financial services organisation in Kent are looking for a strong HR Business Analyst for an initial 3 month contract. The successful candidate will have previous FS experience, have carried out business process analysis & mapping as well as excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
The role will involve liasing with senior management and therefore experience of working on HR projects in the past is essential. Previous experience implementing a range of HR systems is also important. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the HR function within a growing organisation.
