My client, a multinational digital business transformation company is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their London office on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will support the global finance department and report to the Global HRD.

The successful candidate will partner with the CFO to create and implement a people programme that drives business results and development in a vibrant business environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to create and implement solutions to further develop the client group
  • Partner with People Managers to in career growth to enable growth to the full potential of the teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans.
  • Supporting the growth of more junior teams.

Experience

  • Experience of working at a HRBP on an international level
  • Experience of working with a finance client group
  • Relationship building skills at all levels
  • Experience of coaching and developing a collaborative working environment
  • Analytical, strategic, problem solving
