HR Business Partner for Heritage Retailer, London, up to £55,000 + amazing benefits
For the purpose of the challenge my clients are facing I am looking to speak to candidates with proven experience in business partnering senior and challenging stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role with have experience in business partnering at a senior level, with experience conceptualising and implementing projects, particularly within a head office retail function. You will be mature and a great communicator as well as hold the ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to work within ambiguity and flexibility will be beneficial, however, most of all the ability to own and drive projects in line with the businesses' long-term growth plans will be a defining quality. This role will require full generalist capabilities too, however, you will have a centre of excellence to call upon for further support.
Reporting into a senior HR Business Partner, this role will see act as a true business partner to the senior leadership team within your client group to drive effectiveness and performance in line with business goals whilst holding the companies values close. You will have autonomy and ownership over your client group whilst working closely with the wider HR team to ensure there is consistency within the business.
