An education provider is currently looking for a HRBP to join their team based in Oxford on a 9 month contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy across all areas with a specific focus into both Performance Management and Employee Relations.
You will be supporting improvement plans for the business as well as organisational and performance development activities. You will also be leading on all case work around major ER issues and projects in all of these areas.
Ideally this person must be a generalist but have a passion for employee relations. Being CIPD qualified is desirable.
There will be some travel to surrounding sites.
