Our global client is seeking an ambitious, Hi-potential HRBP looking for the next step in their career, reporting to the HRD of this commercial brand.
Based in London HQ - the role will suit a forward thinking HR Business Partner to partner across the business
Working directly with a number of key stakeholders you will be responsible for helping to shape and drive the people strategy, whilst managing and developing the implementation of people initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building on engagement
Drive other HR projects focused on engagement, culture
Building strong , trusting stakeholder relationships will be key
Managing talent in a constructive, forward thinking way
With this, you will need to be a strategic thinker who has able to influence stakeholders and bring creative HR solutions to the table with an effective communication style.
Desirables for the role;
Worked in cultures where HR helps drive high performance in large organisations already ideally within sales/ consumer related arena
Worked in an HRBP generalist role at management level in a strongly commercial environment.
Worked confidently with senior management and have challenged ideas, practices and thinking in a constructive way
Acted as a coach to business managers to help them get the most out of their teams
Be highly energised, willing to run and develop projects
CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience./ Degree educated is desirable
