Job Type: Permanent, Flexible Working, Full Time, Job Share or Part Time
Contract: 18 Months FTC (with possibility of permanency)
Hours: 37 hours per week

About the role:
This is a really exciting and busy time for them in the HR business partnering team. They are committed to becoming the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data and aims to achieve comprehensive land registration by 2030. Their team is at the forefront of supporting delivery of that commitment.
The purpose of this role is to work closely with senior managers in advising, designing and delivering people changes and interventions that support the achievement of their strategic business aims. You will also take the professional lead in an identified specialist HR functional area. You will be HR’s first point of contact for senior managers, providing structured and proactive support on strategic people issues, through a consultative, advisory approach. You will build and continue to develop sound knowledge of organisation and directorate business, performance measures, internal & external factors and objectives to ensure effective support is provided to meet business needs.
You will need to be a chartered member of the CIPD or have equivalent HR experience. Your professional experience will include a broad current knowledge of HR areas, including managing people change, employee relations & legislation, organisation design & development, and, strategic resourcing. You will be able to evidence an understanding of current employment legislation and ability to identify and translate it to specific issues that might arise across the organisation. Your track record of building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including those at executive level will be strong.
