Elevation are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a fast paced commercial business.
As the HR Business Partner you will have line management responsibility for 1 team members and will support your business units senior leadership team to proactively identify, plan and meet the people needs of the business.
Reporting in to the HR Director, you will be implementing a commercially aligned HR strategy with a focus on leadership development and engagement.

The role;

*Develop, support and deliver employee engagement and communication programs
*Developing, driving and implementing the HR strategy to include: talent, succession planning, leadership development and change management
*Give guidance and coaching to management teams to empower all managers to make effective people decisions
*Provide advice on all aspects of Company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law
*Maintain and promote good employee relations and ensure employee relations issues are dealt with at an early stage
*Support recruitment, capability development, retention and succession across your client group
*Assist and provide guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal stage
*Ensure a culture of trust based and open communication, where cooperation is encouraged and reinforced
*Review HR Management Information and suggest areas of improvement
*Working with L&D to develop internal training workshops for managers and employees.
*Partnering with the training function, support the overall coaching and development of junior, mid and senior leadership team


Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*CIPD qualification
*Proven experience of working as a HR Business Partner in a generalist role with project experience
*Have come from ideally a large manufacturing business
*Have strong ER experience up to complex cases
