We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract with a leading media company in London.

Salary: £85,000 + benefits

To start: ASAP

This role will support one of the Business Unit and assist in executing their people plans across UK, Ireland and Australia.

You will provide support on all HR matters including employee relations, HR policies and procedures, talent management, reward, recruitment and retention, learning and development, and organisational change.

You will partner with the business leaders and ensure that the global people plan aligns with the business strategy.

You will measure and report on the performance of this Business Unit through the use of HR metrics and drive change where required.

You will also drive the implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives with the Business Unit or Function, such as the employee engagement survey and resulting initiatives, and global L&D programmes.


This role reports to the Global HR Director.
