My client, a medical services provider in central London are seeking a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to add to the already organically growing team.
You will be responsible for providing professional HR advice, support and expertise in order to contribute to the achievement of our workforce objectives. This will cover both strategic and operational elements, qualitative and quantitative aspects, with a strong emphasis on pro-active partnership working with management and staff to balance the overall aim of effective and efficient utilisation of the workforce with the best possible employee experience.
In addition, you will deputise for the Head of Human Resources and contribute to the management of the small and proactive HR team which works with the client.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to advise on best practice in relation to employment law, to ensure compliance with the client's policies.
The role will involve interaction with Trade Unions and Staff Side, management of ER case work and policy development, amongst other general HR duties.
The role will be based in the London offices; however travel to theUK wide laboratories will be required at some points.
