HR Business Partner - Retail, London

A leading retail brand is looking for their next HR Business Partner to join their high performing and fast paced culture!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the business by being close to the business, taking part in business team meetings and combining with HR expertise to add value to the business
  • Be point of contact for employee queries (Office & BAs)
  • Partner with Line Managers to resolve employee issues and make recommendations related to employment legislation, grievance and/or capability procedure (or training managers where needed)
  • Support/Co-manage TUPE and restructures
  • Support the HR Director with the implementation of the annual compensation & benefits cycle, comp & benefits analysis
  • Support the HR Director with the implementation of various projects

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • A strong generalist HR background
  • Commision schemes expereince
  • A good understanding of UK & ROI Employment Law
