You will be based out of Heathrow or Stevenage, whichever suits you better and for the rest of the week you will be travelling around the South of Endland visiting sites. Ideally you will have a car and you will need to be able to drive for this role.

You will have previously worked in a Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser role where you have reported directly into a HR Director and partnered with the business to drive and deliver HR solutions, such as a 'one team' mantra and development and delivery of the agreed People Plan. You will ensure that all training needs are met across the business and delivered as they should be.

Ideally you will have a good understanding and experience in HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including reward, resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations. You will have previous experience of working within a matrix organisation and buildign diverse teams.
