This role is integral in building overall organisational effectiveness working with individuals and teams to deliver the overall People strategy of becoming; Insight rich, future facing, a true enabler and providing a value-added service. Ensuring they have a clear and robust succession plan and talent pipeline.
You will lead, project manage and implement HR change initiatives driving transformational change, by truly understanding your business areas, setting high standards developing and managing performance robustly and raising capability within the organisation.
Partnering with their Customer Service directorate, this is a big, exciting and rewarding role. Responsible for neighbourhoods, repairs and independence and wellbeing services you will need to show flexibility and when needed outside normal working hours and must also have the ability to travel between sites and to meet external commitments
An experienced HR Business Partner, you will be CIPD qualified to level 7 (post graduate). A team player, you will be technically excellent, have a coaching style, a good understanding of people’s motives and behaviours and be able to develop strong working partnerships with a range of people at all levels of the organisation and a proven ability to influence and persuade senior leaders. You will manage a small team of HR Advisors and will demonstrate strong personal leadership with the ability to motivate, inspire and influence both your team and a large and diverse workforce. Significant experience of coaching is also required to support improvements in manager capability.
A naturally curious change agent, you will be able to demonstrate your project management skills and experience in driving cultural change.
Confident, able to balance conflicting priorities, you will have great organisational skills and a good sense of humour!
