HR Business Partner 

Our client is one of the leading players in its particular sector of the energy industry. With sites in four separate countries employing nearly 1500 people, they have restructured their organisation and now seek an HR Business Partner for their site near Chester. 

Position: HR Business Partner 
Location: nr. Chester 
Salary: £50k-70k base + bonus + benefits 

About the Role: 

Reporting to the site’s HR Manager, you will deliver an HR service and people strategy in line with the goals and objectives of the business. Partnering with the senior Business Leaders, you will build organisational capability through effective resourcing to ensure the organisation is fit to deliver the business plan; identify and manage company-driven organisational change programmes; and help drive performance management to ensure a high performing workforce. Working within a unionised environment, you will lead from an HR perspective day to day people management issues, sometimes complex, to ensure positive employee relations at all times. 

About You: 

Of Graduate calibre, preferably CIPD qualified, you will have proven HR experience in a business partnering relationship, with sound knowledge of employment legislation. Although we are willing to consider a range of industry/business backgrounds, it will be beneficial to have had some experience within an operational environment, preferably unionised, and dealing with employees across all levels from shop floor to Board level Directors. And although we seek a generalist HR professional, should you have a strength in learning & development, then there may be opportunities to work with Group on Talent & L&D initiatives. 

You may have experience of the following: Human Resources, HR, CIPD, HR Consultant, C&B, Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Personnel, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Training, Industrial Relations, HR Policies & HR Procedures, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Competency Development, etc.
