Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Bradford (with national travel)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Mon to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays; Car or Cash allowance; Laptop, phone; Pension; Bonus potential of up to 10%.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will primarily manage the day to day operational aspects of HR such as; Employee Relations, Performance Management, Absence Management, Learning & Development & Reward & Recognition. As the HR Business Partner, you will drive, support and help to embed the implementation of the HR strategy and assist in raising the profile of the function. Longer term, you will be involved in a more strategic / project capacity to ensure HR is ‘adding value’ long term.
- CIPD Level 5 essential, and L7 desirable Previous experience as a HR Professional within the Private Sector, ideally within the Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG or Utility sector
- Experience of operating as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager previously within a highly commercial environment
- Be able to influence and drive cultural changes, adapting and flexing your style
- You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way
You may have experience of the following: HR Business Partner, HRBP, HR Manager, Human Resource Manager, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Management, CIPD, HR Consultant, Reward, Personnel, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HR Generalist, etc.
