The role is a HR Business Partner and will be for 12 months duration. It might go permanent afterwards but right now it is an 12month FTC.

You must have worked at a Strategic level in HR, ideally across Group Functions in a Head Office Enviornment. The client group you will be looking after will be Supply Chain & Procurement so if you have had experience here, even better. You will be able to influence senior stakeholders and work with them to shape the culture and enviornment for their teams and the business as a whole.

You must have a 'finger on the pulse' and be able to work within a fast paced environment. You will be confident with working with data in both qualitative and quantitative environments and able to analyse this and make changes from there.

You will have a strong generalist background and ideally a HR related degree and / or CIPD qualification. You will ideally live in North London or be happy to travel to Luton area.

Apply now for this fantastic position.
