Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to work for a values driven law firm?

Why work with us?

We are a different kind of law firm, unique in our commitment to only working on the part of the injured or mistreated and never for employers or insurers, something we have maintained since our inception in 1921.

You will work as part of our collaborative HR team, primarily serving our London and South East offices with some travel to our other national locations including our HR Hub in Birmingham.

As the primary contact for your area you will drive the local HR agenda for your areas of responsibility whilst ensuring your activities align with overall people strategy.

Our team culture

We strive to be the best, both as a team and as individuals, we do this collaboratively not competitively and understand the value of all pulling in the same direction.

This means we are supportive of one another and work as a team on all items that impact the function and the service people receive from us.

We believe inclusion is key to attracting talent that reflects the diversity of the communities within which we live and work, we are committed to ensuring everyone can bring themselves to work.
