Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an established Manufacturing business looking to appoint a HR Business Partner. Based in Rotherham this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to working closely with the Head of HR to further develop the HR function to support the business of 400+ employees.

The role has a broad generalist remit and will have responsibility for all aspects of HR from ER, recruitment, change, development, engagement, succession planning as well as advising and supporting managers and dealing with day to day HR operations.


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Delivering on complex ER activities including TUPE, redundancy, grievance and disciplinaries
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring these are communicated effectively across the business
- Implementation of HR systems and databases suitable to the business and those which assist in meeting business' objectives
- Supporting Senior Leadership team on all HR matters and ensuring best practice across the business
- Leading on employee engagement initiatives inclusive of the implementation of an Employee Forum
- Working closely and collaboratively with the recorgnised Trade Union
- Provide critical support and coaching to Managers throughout the Employee Journey

Elevation HR are interested in speaking with Senior HR Professionals with the following skills and experience:

- Generalist experience and track record at HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level
- Degree qualified desirable and CIPD qualified
- Strong commercial acumen and credibility ideally within fast-paced commercial environments
- Demonstrable experience of attraction, retention and engagement initiatives
- Strong employment law and best practice knowledge
- Experience in business mergers and acquisitions and/or Tupe
- Confident of operating and influencing at senior management level
