A rare opportunity has arisen to join a global business in Surrey as a Junior HR Business Partner. With a culture and track record of success in developing talent and allowing them to succeed, the department is actively seeking a new member of their HRBP Team.
The role will offer a pro active and effective HR Business Partner service to the business, reporting to a HR Manager.
Designed to develop management capability and optimise employee experience, the role will need to implement initiatives, and at times manage projects across its client groups. As an expert in UK employment law, the role will also analyse the employee relations landscape, pro-actively making a difference to the climate whilst also rolling its sleeves up and managing cases as and when they arise.
To apply to the role, you should have enjoyed a progressive career in HR that has taken you to a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level. Educated to degree level or equivalent, it is expected that you are also CIPD qualified. You will have expertise in UK employment law and other European HR experience would be of interest here. With well developed organisational and communication skills you should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a complex matrix structure, understanding and describing how you stakeholder manage and influence your client groups. You should be ambitious, hungry to learn new things and open to international travel.
