HR Business Partner, FS, London, £60,000 - £70,000

The international financial services business is looking for a HRBP to join their London team. The prestigious company with almost 4000 employees all around the world, is offering Business to Business consultancy services to diminish and assess risk.

The successful professional will have the opportunity to work closely with the European Directors in order to fully support the London operations. The HR Business Partner who will join the London office is a team-player with initiative who is fluent in English and another European Language.

Key Attributes:

  • Fluent in Spanish, German, French or Dutch;
  • Proved experience as HR BP in professional or financial services industry;
  • Degree and/or HR qualification;
  • Strong Project Management skills;
  • Detail Orientated;
  • Strong IT skills ( Microsoft Office);

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the European Directors to fully support the employee life cycle;
  • Project management;
  • Review and manage policies and carry procedures of implementation;
  • Liaise with HR and Financial Department;
  • Deliver trainings;
