A leading hospitality and events business is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its passionate HR team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a generalist role that will have a broad remit, but some focus will be on Learning and Development and HR procedural projects.
The team supports a varied client group that throw up a range of operational issues. As such this role (and the whole team) are constantly dealing with a changing and dynamic operational workload. This role will be asked to lead a project on updating and improving a performance management process and it will also be asked to design and deliver a range of Learning and Development initiatives (mainly in the soft skills and management development area).
To apply to this role, you should be CIPD qualified to at least level 5 status, with generalist experience gained from commercial businesses that are customer focused. You should have strong employment law knowledge, experience of managing procedural projects and have experience of designing and delivering a range of training material. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a desire to develop professionally.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and a team player, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
