I am looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join a high growth, financial services company in Central London. The company have offices across the world and have almost tripled in size over the past 18 months!

People are the heartbeat of this company and the HR team play a pivot role in ensuring that this continues.

The HR Business Partner will join an extremely talented and driven People Team who are responsible for attracting, retaining and developing world class talent.

You will Business Partner a specific business unit and will define and drive a people strategy that will ensure their People can excel.

You will have previous experience of working as a HR Business Partner ideally within the financial services/Fintech sector, having worked your way up the ranks in HR Admin and Adviser/Officer roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and execute the people plans that align with the business strategy
  • Champion company culture and values
  • Coach and advise senior management in order to improve leadership capabilities
  • Solve any complex organisational challenges that a fast growing start up will experience.
