HR Business Partner, London, £60,000-£70,000, 6 Months FTC

One of the largest online retailers is looking for a creative HR Business Partner to join them as soon as possible for a 6-months fixed term contract. The market leading business has offices in Australia, USA, and the UK.

The successful HR Business Partner is a self-starter professional with generalist experience in a creative industry. The fast-paced environment will create the opportunity for the BP to conduct both operational and strategical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Leadership Team.
  • Prepare and facilitate performance review sessions while providing guidance to senior team leaders and managers.
  • Manage ER cases focussed on Senior Employees.
  • Drive the group implementation of various programmes.

Key Experience:

  • Proved experience in a Generalist HR Business Partner role in a creative industry.
  • Ability to conduct both operational and strategic tasks.
  • Strong Computer skills
