Today, 12 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. Our client is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Our client is on the lookout for a brilliant HR Business Partner to join their People and Learning Directorate. Combining operational HR with business partnering, you’ll engage their leaders on all areas of People and Learning, including HR, L&D and volunteering.
Partnering with their Income and Engagement directorate, you will be helping to drive their charity income and awareness by developing clear workforce plans which will help them to smash their strategic goals to support children and young people with cancer. You’ll devise creative solutions to everyday challenges and enjoy coaching their managers to be the best that they can be.
You are an innovative and resilient individual, who challenges constructively and is comfortable working with data and insight to support business decisions. You’re motivated by working as part of a team, acting as a coach and mentor to those around you. Your experience in the world of employee relations, change and People operations combined with your ability to build relationships gives you strong foundations to inspire trust and confidence in you as a partner to this vital area of the charity.
