Elevation HR are currently recruiting within the service sector for a Senior HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner for an initial 12-month FTC, to be based in the Salford Quays area.
Business Partnering the sales and contact centre, this is a fast paced, highly energised & varied role within an HR function, which has good credibility but also poses for change and the next chapter of being an adaptive and enabling function to the rest of the business. Offering ownership and the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will have HR generalist experience within a similar fast paced, professional, commercially focused environment where they will have had exposure to a variety of HR issues, including recruitment, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance and ideally a good understanding of Learning & Development and performance enhancement.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a a full generalist role, who is able to challenge status quo, and implement changes in an expanding company.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
-Demonstrable generalist HR experience within the service sector, ideally supporting a sales or contact centre team
-Have experience in drafting policies and procedures competently and with clear attention to detail
-Culturally aware and possess the ability to influence and guide at all levels
-Understanding and experience in Employee engagement
