HR Business Partner - Global Technology

£65,000 - £75,000

Annapurna have recently partnered with a renowned technology company who are looking for a HR Business Partner.

With HQs in Central London, this company is market leading and growing consistently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to create and implement solutions to further develop client groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans.
  • Succession planning
  • Employee relations
  • People Budget Management
  • Compensations & benefits
  • Interviewing of senior level roles

Experience

  • Experience of working at a HRBP level required (5 years minimum)
  • Relationship building skills at all levels
  • Experience of coaching and developing a collaborative working environment
  • Experience of working fotr a technology company, or in a technology business area
