Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting for a results orientated Human Resources Manager for one of our Scunthorpe based Engineering clients. My client is looking for a CIPD qualified HR Generalist to assist with the creation of a high performing workforce and culture through continuous development, performance management, absence management, succession planning and attraction and retention.
Reporting into the HR Director; the successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support and guidance to managers across the business, The role will include responsibility for the management of the HR Admin team and will focus on reviewing all HR Systems and Processes; providing recommendations of improvements, MI reporting, analysis of HR data and producing reports.
My client is looking for a highly competent HR Professional with a desire to drive forward a culture of continuous improvement.
Elevation HR are looking to speak with HR Professionals with the following skills & experience:
- Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience within a Senior Generalist HR position
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiating capability
- Highly analytical with a keen interest in HR systems
- Strong and up to date employment law knowledge
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and use initiative
- Experience in dealing with colleague's cross-functionally and at all levels
- Strong systems and IT capability including excel
- Commercially astute
- Experience in dealing with Unions is highly desirable
