Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC. My client is a leading global manufacturing company that have an opportunity within the team for a Senior HR Business Partner. Reporting into the HR Manager, the role holder will be a key member of the HR team and will be responsible for proactively leading HR support across their location.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Coaching and guiding other members of the organisation as required developing, implementing and maintaining consistent conformance to employee relation objectives
* Actively communicating with all employees to promote positive employee relations, resolve potential conflicts and identify potential opportunities that benefit the organisation and the development of the personnel
* Develop plans, train and instruct others in relation to issues, such as benefits, training programs, staffing and other policies that impact the company's success
* Assist all members of the organisation through support of human resources practices that enable others to achieve their goals relative to the operations of the business
* Develop, implement and continue to assess the communication program
* Manage the salary compensation process, including surveys, salaries and job descriptions
* Identify and conduct necessary training needed for managers

The successful candidate will be CIPD Qualified with a proven track record of strong Employee Relations and business partnering within a manufacturing/engineering environment. You should possess outstanding business acumen and have experience of managing both cultural and structural change, with a demonstrable track record of contributing to a successful business
