HR Business Partner - Global Technology

£60,000 - £70,000

Annapurna have recently partnered with a renowned technology and media organisation who are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner.

With HQs in Central London, this company is market leading and going through an interesting period of growth and change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to create and implement solutions to further develop client groups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans
  • Succession planning
  • Employee relations
  • People Budget Management
  • HR Stategy and innovation
  • Interviewing of senior level roles

Experience

  • Experience of working at a HRBP level required (5 years minimum)
  • Relationship building skills at all levels
  • Experience of coaching and developing a collaborative working environment
  • Experience of working within technology or media
  • Experience of working within Financial or Professional Services also highly desirable
