My client, a fast growing tech start-up based in Central London are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team due to a hyper growth phase within the organisation. Ideally you will have experience in an extremely fast-growth and fast-paced environment from within a tech organisation. You will be as comfortable in Human Resources business partnering (generalist) as you would designing and piloting new initiatives, in this fantasticfast growing environment.

You will have experience of working with and influencing stakeholders across an organisation at all levels and coaching and developing managers as well as your team members. You will be a strong decision maker with the ability to spot talent and how it will benefit the organisation. Ideally you will be confident with data and analytics at a complex level and be able to pull these apart to present to a senior leadership team. You need to be a data driven individual who is a problem solver and finds solutions to problems by thinking about the bigger picture and taking initiative. This is a role with a lot of potential, someone who matches this in their skillset and is a high potential candidate with excellent communication will be a fantastic match.
