HR Business Partner

You will join our client as a HR Business Partner reporting to the Head of HR, this role will primarily manage the day to day operational aspects of HR such as; Employee Relations, Performance Management, Absence Management, Learning & Development & Reward & Recognition.

They currently have 2 positions available:

Role 1. Bradford, East Yorkshire & Lincs, Oldham, North East, Northern Ireland & Scotland. Would ideally suit someone near or commutable to the base site of the Head Office in Bradford.

Role 2. Will cover East Mids, Northampton, North West & Yarmouth. Would ideally suit someone commutable to Bradford or East Midlands based.

HR Business Partner (Multi Site) Responsibilities:

- Drive, support & help to embed the implementation of the HR strategy and support the delivery of the people plan.
- Build capability, identify future talent & partner sites on succession planning.
- Provide a platform for growth and development of talent, coach, guide and support line managers in the management of people.

HR Business Partner (Multi Site) Requirements:

- CIPD Level 5 essential, and L7 desirable.
- Previous experience as a HR Professional within the Private Sector, ideally within the Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG or Utility sector.
- Multi-site experience & flexible to travel weekly with occasional overnight stays.
- Experience of operating within a highly commercial environment.
