HR Business Partner

Position: HR Business Partner
Location: National
Salary: We offer the following package for the right person £45000 to £53000, annual bonus, car allowance and other benefits you would associate with a role of this seniority.

About the role:

This role is ideal for someone who is driven and wants to continue his or her upward trajectory within HR. An exciting business that promotes growth awaits you. No two days are the same as we are an ever-changing outfit that will stretch you but also reward you by actively encouraging personal growth and supporting this where possible. The successful candidate will possess a progressive mind-set, be hands-on, organised and structured. You will have the ability to make decisions using incomplete data and be focussed on results delivery.

What does the right person look like?

We are very open-minded but as a starter for ten, we would be looking for something along the lines of the following:

• CIPD Qualified – level 5 minimum (or significant demonstrable experience)
• Happy to travel around the UK with the odd short European trip
• Have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse at all levels
• Good employment law knowledge.
• An unwavering tenacity
• Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience working with both blue collar and white collar workers
• Be able to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities of daily tasks.
• A hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
• Complete integrity
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Be strategically minded

This is a brand new role to this particular area of our business and offers great scope for career progression. You will have a huge impact on this part of the company that has approximately 100 people and your input will be expected and welcomed on how we move forward. If you speak any other European languages, this would be advantageous.

• Recruitment for your sector
• Digitalisation
• Team work and integration
• Business Partnering
• Merges and Acquisitions

You may have experience of the following: HR Business Partner, HRBP, HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Consultant, Human Resources Consultant, HR Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Officer, Human Resources Officer, HR Operations Manager, etc.
