Elevation HR are working closely with a highly successful, fast moving manufacturing business based in the West Midlands to appoint a standalone HRBP to support their growing business.
Reporting to the board, you will work independently with the Senior Leadership Team to manage all HR tasks and provide a highly professional, progressive and confidential approach. You will support the Directors and Heads of Department in developing employee communications and a positive workplace culture. You will lead the HR function in responding to all operational issues such as legal, recruitment, training, contracts, career development, pay reviews and employee matters.
The role will lead and manage all aspects of the people management related agenda. Including change management projects as well as internal and external communications. You will be commercially and operationally astute and share the responsibility for delivery of the goals and targets of the organisation that maintains and promotes the Company values and cultural proposition whilst delivering return on investment. There are also various HR projects within the five-year strategic plan which will require input and management.
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified and have carved your HR career out within a manufacturing environment or similar commercial business. You will be confident and capable of working with senior stakeholders demonstrating a positive and influential approach.
