HR Business Partner

Join them and you’ll partner multiple commercially focussed business areas within the Group. As HR Business Partner you’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders from junior managers through to senior leaders. You’ll be encouraged to form positive relationships, build trust and be confident in challenging stakeholders to always achieve the best outcome for the business.
You’ll support the delivery of their business objectives by identifying, developing, and implementing HR initiatives.
You’ll use your experience to provide expert employee relations guidance around ER issues to bring them to a timely resolution and ensure they are aligned with their values of Collaboration, Accountability, Integrity and Respect.
What you’ll need …
- To be successful in this role you’ll be commercially focussed, curious, not afraid to implement change, will have the courage to challenge and a high degree of integrity.
- You will have experience working at HR Business Partner level in a fast-paced commercial environment where you are partnering multiple stakeholders as well as strong employee relations knowledge.
- You will need to be able demonstrate experience in using HR data and insight to drive commercial decision making and implement change.
- You’ll need to be CIPD qualified, have a focus on continuous professional development and be keen to stay up to date with current thinking and HR best practice.
