Elevation HR are working with a leading technology focused manufacturing business to support them in recruiting a HR Business Partner. The company is about to embark on a period of change and this role will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR to identify a variety of immediate and longer-term HR solutions appropriate to the business strategy and needs.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the business area to implement and deliver the HR Strategy/People Plan to include: resource planning, organisational effectiveness, talent, succession planning, employee engagement and change management
*Support managers in understanding the implications of employment legislation and other statutory requirements, applied to people management
*Provide advice to business managers regarding the effective management of organisational change and managing change
*Lead any people aspects of the change agenda, including branding, Values and workforce restructure

Qualifications & Experience:
*CIPD Qualified plus 3-5 years' proven experience in an HR professional capacity
*Experience of managing organisational change programmes
*Experience of working within a unionised environment
*Sound HR generalist with a good working knowledge of employment law and a proven experience in managing employee relation's issues
*Previous experience of leading on change projects
*Experience of coaching and influencing managers
