About the company

Our client is a leading global player in the industrial services area and they're looking for a HRBP to partner with business leaders and managers in the UK to develop, drive and deliver HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning.

Our client currently encompasses more than 800 employees spread over 20 sites.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the UK HR Director in the implementation of the Global HR strategy and vision in respective divisions across the UK, including role modelling great personal and team leadership and taking an active role in ensuring the UK HR operating model is embedded successfully

The HRBP will manage, drive and execute organisation change programmes to strengthen business position through efficiency drives and employee cost base initiatives, divisional growth plans or other change management activity (restructuring, transformation or acquisition and divestments)

The HRBP will ensure a responsive, commercially focussed employee relations services for the I&R division providing advice, case management and support that is in line with HR policies

Workforce planning, talent & succession; work closely with line management, HR services and recruitment to implement ongoing workforce planning, talent management and succession planning processes, clarifying short and long term capability requirements, succession needs and talent pipeline. Ensure identified talent is well developed and deployed, that succession risks are anticipated and tackled, and workforce plans are fulfilled effectively

The successful candidate

An experienced HRBP with more than 5 years of experience working at both strategic and executive level

Strong proven and demonstrable credentials as an organizational leader with deep business acumen, and proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, and lead and influence change

Able to operate effectively in a matrix organization, with high level judgement and problem-solving capabilities, and agile enough to make decisions in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

- A confident and effective communicator
- Energetic, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to roll up their sleeves
- Embraces, and is completely confident in, the digital world as an opportunity and enabler for more effective ways of working
- Experienced working in unionised environments


- Within commutable distance to Winfrith and/or Fawley
- Flexible working
