My client, a leading hospitality business , are looking for a Field-based HR Business Partner to partner with the Regional Operations Directors across the South-East of England, leading on ER issues as well as the full spectrum of Generalist duties.
The successful applicant will be required to feedback and influence Regional managers and HR team on trends in people issues to assist in case resolution. In partnership with Regional HR Managers and the Training team, the HRBP will identify and deliver training on ER capability issues, as well as support and guide Managers on aspects of Performance management and attend as company representative on complex cases.
There will be a focus also on Talent Management and Succession Planning.
