Experienced HR Business Partner urgently required for this established organisation based near Andover.
This role is a 6 month contract, possibly leading to a permanent role.
You will need to be a high level HR professional specifically experienced in projects focusing on employee Terms and Conditions.
Critical work include:
Leading the work on creating a new set of Terms & Conditions of employment
Developing a proposal and transition plan that moves existing employees to a single set of terms and conditions with an accompanying transition/timing plan for harmonisation working with the HRBP's across the team.
Developing a single suite of employee policies and working with L&D creating the accompanying tool-kits that meet our new ways of working, in line with external legislation and the clients strategy.
You must have worked on similar projects. This is a busy role in an ever-changing business, you will need a professional, personable & pro-active approach. CIPD would be advantageous.
Daily Rate - Yearly salary equivalent is 45-50k, there may be some movement dependent on experience. Please email your CV to me or call (Apply online only) for a confidential chat.
