Following a re-organisation to align the business to our Strategy 2020, we are now aligning the HR function to support the business in its commercial and people agenda. As a result, we are now looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to take responsibility to drive our ambitious people agenda for our manufacturing sites in Lockerbie and Settle. Reporting to the HR Director for Supply Chain and a member of the UK HR team, responsibility will be for partnering with our site directors and on site leadership teams in the delivery of our strategic and operational plans.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a variety of value add HR and operational projects which will drive the changes required to ensure our dairies are best in class and consistent with our global supply chain. Projects will include cultural change, leadership development, Lean, CI, performance management and employee relations.
Whilst a member of the global SC HR organisation you will work closely with the UK HR function and will be an important part of ONEHR, our global HR function, where communication and shared ways of working are essential to a growing international business.
To be successful in this role you must be fully CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate an insight into the commercial demands of a large manufacturing business. You must possess the proven ability to influence stakeholders at senior manager and director level and have capability to drive measurable change through your energy and enthusiasm for delivering added value HR best practice. A flexible attitude to your work is essential to be successful in this role along with the willingness to spend time at both sites on a weekly basis.
