My client, a leader in their market for FMCG, is looking for an experienced HRBP/Manager to join their R&D function
With a view to improving overall performance and staff engagement, you will build effective relationships with stakeholders in order to understand, influence and support service areas to deliver on strategic aims.
Areas of focus will cover Sucession Planning and Talent Development, change management, leadership development, organisational development, as well as other aspects of the full employee lifecycle when needed.
I am looking for somebody experienced operating at HRBP Level, within a large matrixed organisation, ideally in an R&D function.
I am looking for somebody who can come into this role and hit the ground running.
