East Coast College are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional HR Business Partner to develop and implement better people management practices and nurture a healthy organisational culture that delivers sustainable value for all stakeholders within the overall framework of the College’s mission, vision and values.
Acting as an advocate of change, you will provide advice and guidance on HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure. You will develop the capability of managers; coaching and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle staff management responsibility whilst assisting in the delivery of HR projects, HR strategy and QIP’s which enable the College aims and objectives to be achieved. The HR Business Partner will also provide workforce data and support managers to interpret, analyse and develop interventions and undertake casework, supporting managers to manage risk.
So, if you have previous experience of providing HR advice at a similar level and hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or are currently working towards this), then we would love to hear from you!
You’ll be a pro-active, tenacious and driven individual who has evidence of successful delivery of projects and experience of coaching and mentoring managers. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, you will be a strong team player and have the ability to work on own initiative. You’ll have the ability to write policies, reports and correspondence and have good analytical skills to understand data and implement action plans.
Experience of developing and delivering training would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of working in an FE environment.
