My client an award winning, innovative communications agency based in fantastic offices have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager on a 12 month contract to join them as the business goes through an exciting period of growth.
Reporting into the HRD, you will be partnering the leadership team as the HR contact for various divisions within the business. You will play a crucial role in further evolving and embedding Talent and HR in the business with a focus on culture, engagement and talent management.
You will be familiar with all areas of HR including leading on ER cases, Visa sponsorship experience, gender pay gap reporting and leading on learning and talent initiatives.
You will have worked in a creative agency environment (ideally PR/Communications) and be professional and adaptable in your approach to help drive the business forward.
A strong communicator, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport instantly. You will be innovative and collaborative in your approach, a true business partner when it comes to HR & Talent.
