HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have vacancies for HR Business Partners. 

Position: HR Business Partner Employee Relations and Management Information 
Location: Flexible Locations 
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: Up to £45,000 (dep on location) + £5,109 Car Allowance

About the Role: 

The HR Business Partner will work in partnership with key stakeholders in the business and provide specialist coaching and HR advice and support to ensure the effective delivery of corporate goals and objectives. 

You will provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions. 

About You: 

The successful candidate will be a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), or equivalent professional body and will have a degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other discipline. A relevant management or coaching qualification or training would also be an advantage. 

You will have substantial HR experience within a multi-site setting and the proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs. You will also have a track record of contributing to the management of change successfully and experience of leading on restructuring programmes. Successful experience of managing teams towards high performance is also essential. 

Additionally, you will have experience of conducting consultations with staff and other key stakeholders and experience of TUPE and related processes. You will have an up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice and the proven ability to develop a good understanding of critical business issues and identifying and developing business focussed HR solutions. Experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing strategy, policy or operational plans in a multi-site environment is also essential.
