A hugely exciting and vibrant digital e-commerce brand is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their talented HR team! This is a superb opportunity to provide a strong partnership to your client group whilst operating within an inspiring, value add HR team.
You’ll hold HRBP responsibility for a diverse client group population of x100 including technical, commercial, content and editorial, managing the full employee lifecycle and acting as HR partner for the population.
Developing solid relationships with senior management and heads of departments, you will be a crucial business support and take a strategic approach to HR talent management. This generalist remit will entail ER, organisational design, talent management and succession planning and you will work with the L&D Manager on design and delivery of learning programmes. With responsibility for line managing and mentoring an HR Assistant, you will create development opportunities for them. You’ll bring a creative an innovative approach to employee engagement and culture projects whilst working alongside the wider team.
As the successful HRBP, you must have prior experience of partnering to senior level across a wide-ranging client group, preferably within an e-commerce, digital or other dynamic and commercial business, taking responsibility for your own area. You’ll be CIPD qualified and be approachable, ambitious and highly creative!
Overall, you’ll work strategically and operationally across your client group, demonstrating your commercial outlook daily, always proactively managing this dynamic work environment.
