My clients are a highly regarded retail business growing rapidly in the UK and searching for a Lead HR Business Partner to manage a new site in Hertfordshire. This new site has been built purely out of growth and as Lead HR Business Partner you will be working closely with the Head of HR, to drive positive initiatives to support growth within the UK and particularly your site.
Your duties will involve supporting and coaching a senior leadership team, developing training appropriate for different roles within the business, establishing performance management procedures and truly be a values champion.
My clients have managed exceptional levels of engagement, currently have no long term sickness, 0.1% absence and very few employee relations cases. You will thus be joining a highly positive workforce, and so it will be within y our responsivity to identify the business' needs to ensure these levels are maintained throughout their growth agenda.
