My client, a leading UK Transport company, are looking to hire an HRBP into their team based in Central London.
Your client group will be around 200 employees including Strategy & Development, Corporate (Finance/HR/IT) and Communications.
This would report into the Senior HRBP who is also based in the London office.
They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a successful track record of delivering a range of both strategic and operational HR processes as well as projects.This will also take care of all areas end-to-end employee life cycle, from ER, appraisals etc.
Some areas of focus for this role will be, but not limited to
- Org Design and restructure
- Helping establish framework for talent and succession planning
- Performance culture and relaunching policies and reestablish expected ways of working
- Leadership development and coaching

You must have demonstrable experience within an HRBP role, preferably within a similar industry and ability to manage key stakeholders of all levels.
