An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a HR Business Partner to join them to cover East Anglia and the South; namely West Midlands, Norwich, Derbyshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Essex and North London.
Within this role, you will provide a strategic HR service to Senior Managers to foster a culture of empowerment within operational management across different business divisions. You will actively contribute to the HR Agenda and Regional Operational meetings as well as contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures and operational strategy within the region.
You will provide clear and concise strategic advice to senior management; covering all aspects of manpower planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organisational design, including restructure programmes.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have in-depth knowledge and experience of operating at a senior management level in HR coupled with substantial Regional HR experience. You will be MCIPD qualified/membership and will have current experience of working across the whole HR function.
With up to date knowledge of employment law, you will possess experience of providing remote and face-face employment advice to all levels and will be familiar with working within the public and private sector.
Our client is looking for candidates who have the ability to influence and persuade senior management on complex HR employee relations issues and who have experience of large restructure programmes. In addition, it is also a requirement that you have demonstrable experience of working within unionised workforces and are able to evidence experience and knowledge of small and large scale entire TUPE process.
Candidates for this role must hold a full valid driving licence and will be willing to travel
