My client, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain with restaurants globally are seeking a HR Business Partner due to changes in the team nationally and in Europe.
You will report in to a HR Director and have 3 Capability coaches reporting in to you. You must be bilingual to apply for this role as at some point in the future there may be the opportunity for the role to expand and move to Western Europe. Languages as well as English which would be preferred are either German, Spanish, Italian or French. You must have experience of TUPE processes and it would be ideal if this was from a franchising model.
With restaurants around the UK on both equity and franchise basis, you will be expected to travel at least 3 days per week around the restaurants nationally to keep in touch with franchise managers and solve any queries/ issues in regards to restaurant culture, talent acquisition, organisation effectiveness, training and compliance. A company car/ allowance will be available.
You will be upbeat and enthusiastic, tenacious, used to working in a fast-paced environment, able to roll your sleeves up well as deal with strategic issues. You will be up for travelling at least 3 days a week and also have the availability to move to Western Europe for work if needed in the next 1-2 years. You will be highly felxible and adaptable - this role sometimes includes hours which are out of the 9-5
