I’m working on HR Business Partner opportunities for an incredible company with an exceptional HR team, who are responsible for ground-breaking innovations in technology.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partners and working within a generalist HR team of x5, you’ll partner with a client group of approximately x200, an inspirational, intelligent community of technologists, developers and researchers. This business has a huge emphasis on creating an environment to support and empower employees, and with a culture which still feels like a start-up, you will play a huge part in creating a value-add HR service centred around encouraging independence and fostering continuous progression.
In these HR Business Partner positions, there is a genuine opportunity to bring creative and innovative ideas to a company who have aspirations to achieve great things. You will be tasked with sourcing and embedding exceptional learning & development initiatives, manage ER proactively, with an awareness of mediation techniques and a focus on proactive management of performance. You’ll also be involved in projects such as culture and engagement all the while partnering with employees taking a coaching style and approach.
For these HR Business Partner opportunities, the ideal candidates will have proven stakeholder management experience, strong UK employment law expertise and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to, and excellence in their academics. You'll have a strong business partnering skills, an employee focused approach, and be able to demonstrate your project management experience around initiatives which empower employees. Previous experience from a similar start-up business, and an ability to work with fluidity and agility is key.
